Casa di Amici, House of Friends, has been a South Shore favorite on Kauai for over 20 years. It was recently purchased by two brothers, Sam & Noah Blair, from Chef Randall Yattes. Chef Noah did his apprenticeship at Casa di Amici with Chef Randall 10 years ago. Now, after several years of traveling through out the mainland he is back and ready to make Casa Di Amici his own House of Friends.
Through his travels Chef Noah has brought several friends from Oahu on board his team. Mark Ticconi brings years of hospitality service and other architectural knowledge to help with the renovation plans as the General Manager. Assisting Chef Noah and GM Mark is Rachel Alderette: Special Projects Manager/Executive Tournant. She does menu development and recipe testing, plays in the garden, branding, marketing, social media and occasionally helps in the dining room.
Sous Chef Zach "Kaiwika" Cummings lifetime Hawaiian, long time Casa di Amici veteran, brings ten years of experience and creative knowledge to our team.
Daniel "Birdman" Matheny is another Casa di Amici Veteran on board.
